  • Timeline: November 2025 – June 2026
    Commitment: Part-time (10–20 hours per week, variable)
    Location: Hybrid position, split between remote work and in-person obligations in Eastern Long Island, NY. Remote candidates are still encouraged to apply and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Campaign Chief of Staff to help lead an intense local race with an electorate of nearly 50,000 voters. Reporting directly to one of the founders, you will oversee day-to-day campaign operations, manage volunteers, and coordinate communication between the candidate, vendors, and campaign leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement the campaign’s field and voter outreach plan

    • Supervise volunteers and field organizers, ensuring accurate voter data entry and tracking

    • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate print, digital, and communications deliverables

    • Conduct donor research and call prep for the candidate

    • Track absentee ballots and voter engagement metrics

    • Communicate insights from field operations (e.g. voter issues, GOTV follow-ups) to the candidate and senior team

    • Perform data analysis in Excel, synthesizing data from multiple sources into a unified voter database and generating canvassing lists

    • Utilize or quickly learn campaign management software (Anedot, Campaign Deputy, E-Canvasser, etc.).

    • Support digital communications through Canva or other design tools for social and field materials

    Qualifications

    • Experience in campaign management, political organizing, or operations

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Proficiency in Excel, Canva, and familiarity with CRM or voter management systems

    • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure

    Commitment: Part-time (approx. 8–12 hours per week, flexible)
    Location: Fully Remote

    We are seeking an Internal Operations & Marketing Intern to support our team during an exciting period of nationwide expansion. This role combines marketing, research, and internal operations, with a strong focus on expanding our presence on LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

    Reporting directly to our founders, you’ll help shape our external voice and support the firm’s internal growth strategy, from developing social content to assisting with outreach and sales initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create, schedule, and manage content across social platforms, mainly LinkedIn and Instagram

    • Conduct political and marketing analysis to generate infographics & social content that highlight trends in political campaigning and communications

    • Assist with business development and outreach to prospective clients

    Qualifications

    • Strong writing and analytical skills, with interest in politics, communications, or marketing

    • Proficiency with LinkedIn and social media management tools

    • Familiarity with Canva or similar design platforms preferred

    • Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive, comfortable taking ownership of projects

    • Experience with sales, outreach, or business development a plus

    Structure

    • Reports directly to the founders

    • Flexible schedule and weekly check-ins via Zoom and Slack

  • Timeline: February 24, 2026 – November 3, 2026
    Commitment: Part-time (approximately 5–10 hours per week, flexible based on client needs and intern availability)
    Location: Eastern Long Island, NY (local candidates strongly preferred)

    We are seeking Field Organizing Interns to support a contentious local political campaign on the East End of Long Island. This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals interested in grassroots politics and campaign fieldwork.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Gather petition signatures to enable candidates to appear on the ballot

    • Conduct door-to-door voter outreach and represent clients in a professional and engaging manner

    • Understand key campaign issues and be able to engage in discourse in real time with voters

    • Track field data and ensure accurate entry & reporting via E-Canvasser

    • Deliver client-facing updates and feedback from field activities

    • Provide support during campaign events: greeting attendees, taking down contact info, live-streaming candidate speeches for social media platforms, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation to travel between canvassing areas

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable speaking with voters

    • Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented in tracking field data

    • Ability to work independently and take initiative

    • Prior campaign or community organizing experience is a plus but not required

    Structure

    • Reports to campaign leadership and Palmer Green Partners’ field operations team.

    • Flexible hours based on campaign needs and your availability.

    • Local candidates on the East End of Long Island are strongly preferred.
