Lydia Palmer

Co-Founder — Operations & Finance Lead

Lydia Palmer is a graduate of the University of Chicago, one of the top 10 universities in the United States, with a double major in Economics and Political Science with Cum Laude Latin honors. As an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, Lydia brings expertise in data management and analytics, presentation creation, written communication, speech-writing, and more. Lydia has also held investment roles at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan Chase. Her undergraduate thesis researched the role of municipal government agencies in revitalizing the manufacturing sector in the Midwest. It received departmental honors, was published in the University of Chicago’s Chicago Studies Journal, received The Stone Center Prize for Best Social Sciences Thesis from both undergraduate and graduate students in 2025, and was selected for presentation at The American Sociological Association (ASA)’s 2025 Annual Meeting.


Wilson Green

Co-Founder — Marketing & Accounts Lead

Wilson Green is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology's Baker School of Business & Technology, with a BS and AAS in Advertising & Marketing Communications with Summa Cum Laude Latin honors. Wilson has worked on the Marketing/Public Relations teams of luxury brands including Sotheby’s International Realty, Versace and Yves Saint Laurent. He has led marketing communications & media initiatives for numerous businesses in New York City and Long Island, and has worked on the agency side of the advertising industry, producing and selling ad concepts. An award winning photographer, Wilson has had his images featured in publications including The Wall Street Journal and New York Post. In 2018, Wilson was awarded First Place for Best Feature Photo in the New York Press Association’s Better Newspaper Contest.
